Our Team

As the managing director of the DSP Group and board member of DSP Hydrogen, Dr. Steffen Scholtze is taking the next step in promoting green energy.

Dr. Scholtze is a Ph.D. in business administration who initially worked as an auditor at KPMG and later led projects in various departments with a best practice approach as CEO of Computacenter. As managing director and senior consultant of the DSP Group, his specialties are processes according to internationally proven standards, quality and project management across departments.

Rafael Almeida is originally from Brazil where he graduated in Economics and worked over 6 years in the Asset Management Industry, being exposed to a wide range of different asset classes and types of investment. 

After completing his MBA in ESADE, he is now using his finance skills and business development experience to help us build a more sustainable future.

Lara Scholtze followed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the United States of America with a Master of Science at ESADE in Barcelona.

At KPMG in the Financial Services department, she was able to sharpen her skills and carry out various projects focusing on internal control systems and process optimization. Now, with DSP Hydrogen, she wants to take the next steps towards a greener future.
